Drill holes according to positioning and use jigs for cutting to ensure accurate hole positions and cutting precision.
4 Pipe Coding, Assembly & Welding

Code and pre-assemble the pipes according to drawings, completing positioning and welding for fast on-site alignment.
5 Weld Inspection (Primary-Level Inspection by Our Company)

Conduct visual and non-destructive testing in accordance with standards to ensure weld quality and safety.
6 Final Assembly, Shipment & On-Site Lifting Coordination

After packaging and labeling, materials are consolidated and shipped, coordinated with on-site lifting and installation.
